The recursive variadic interface templates finally hit their compile limit. I'm breaking up the big bitcoind interface into sub-interfaces to scale back the large numbers of and sizes of the recompiles. Should speed up the server build. Can't get past CI at this point, heap starvation.

Resolved by breaking up the interfaces into smaller dispatchable sets. better organization for the bitcoind interface anyway, since it's huge.
