Also finally moved the p2p channel into a proper request/response "body" type, so that it can be processed in the socket like all other network protocols. It will now be easy to drop it into http or websockets for example. But more importantly it generalized the implementation, making bip324 (opportunistic encryption) a clean integration. The p2p protocol is now p2p/s with a proper socket variant. I also cleaned up the confusing services configuration settings and integration, which is where p2p privacy is enabled. Still have to do some acceptance testing, but otherwise this is complete.
