These are warm queries mainly because once you start querying the store is warm. The cold queries are typically around 2x time due to paging cost, but that's still very low. And it's been reduced significantly by the index 10x compression. The mac doesn't have shani, so index compares are 5x the cost of linux/windows here. But the low RAM is really the limiter, as paging is far more costly than hashing.
