Hello, To introduce myself, beeing hacking on bitcoin for a while. For a bit of a year now started to hack a full-node in rust around core's libbitcoinkernel : bitcoinbackbone.org Long-term goal would be to integrate libbitcoin's libbicoin-system as a second validation backend: github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin-system/issues/1923 That way avoid social and technical dependency on a single validation backend. And allow backbone node operators to pick up the validation engine they wish at build time. Voila, voila 🙂
