I've added sha3 based on our sha::algorithm<> template. And also base_32 based on our radix library patterns. The previous base_32 ("bech32") has been renamed to base_32b as it's not the RFC compliant one. These are complete and tested in system, and will provide the necessary support for the bip155 addressing enhancements listed above.
