Cranking out unit tests across system::chain. Also working through a generalization of network::channel_rpc to allow the jrpc services (electrum/sparrow, bitcoind/btcd) to operate over tcp/s, http/s, ws/s over the same socket, based on the connection handshake (and ws upgrade) alone - controlled by caller. This will also simplify some code.
