The universal rpc refactor above allowed the new [sparrow] service to be integrated as a derivation from [electrum] in the same manner as [btcd] derives from [bitcoind]. Sparrow contains two extension methods from frigate and another unique to sparrow, and since electrum doesn't look to be taking this in the immediate future, I just dropped it in as an additional endpoint to maintain proper version control. The btcd->bitcoind and sparrow->electrum are not pass-thru, and are not doubly-implemented, they are simply class derivations.
