The only source changes made are to disable includes for headers not referenced in the build, and this:

     #define WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN
+#endif

The in-place change allows for and easy source diff against the previous version. However wolf did refactor some large files into smaller ones, so there are a number of additions (no removals).
