I'm just about done with the implementation of incoming tx relay and all that entails, including fee-filter, not-found, relay-flag, unrequested relay/not-found, unresponsive peer, validation, announcement, config, etc. most of the framework was already in place, so just putting it all together. with relay enabled, once the node is current it will start accepting, validating, storing, and announcing unconfirmed txs up to its configured fee-rate.
