I've finally implemented outbound address binding. This allows you to control what NICs your outbound traffic is carried on. Inbound traffic is already bound, independently for each service. Outbound by default choses bindings sort of randomly. This prevents useful load balancing in most scenarios. On Linux you may have to modify your local routing tables to get efficient balancing, but otherwise it should balance fairly across networks of comparable available bandwidth. I haven't incorporated anything to manage networks of different quality, except that this allows you to avoid certain addresses (e.g. your Wi-Fi NIC).
