The internal lib allows us to be free of the dependency for the common scenario, but the support remains to pull in either libsecp256k1 or UltrafastSecp256k1, through installer and visual studio integrated options, and currently ultrafast is the only GPU option. I haven't retested CPU batching in a while, I'll be doing that soon across all three (libsecp256k1 is scalar only, so it's the floor).
