Note that we are detecting the AVX512 platforms that cause downclocking (including bigmac) and reporting those as platform: 0 because the loss exceeds the gain (unfortunately, because the gain is otherwise good). But we retain the options on the newer platforms that don't downclock after its use. Core doesn't implement avx512 vectorization.
