Now that we are operating a tx pool, there is pool-based fee data, so I've updated the fee estimator. This should now produce the equivalent of the Core estimations, though I haven't pushed it yet. Also I've added the wtxidrelay protocol, though it's missing a wtxid index into the pool table, which is currently indexed only in the other direction (tx_link -> pool_link). This will require a second table head for a single table, and all are temporary. So a little more work to do on that. Given that this is optional, and fills only when current, it has no impact on IBD times. I've also found I can collapse all but two of the columns in all of the SoA tables, so that will get simpler and slightly more efficient, just a mechanical refactor.
