Note that there are several much ballyhooed protocol proposals that appear either dead or dying, including Ancestor Package Relay (bip331), Erlay (bip330), Dandelion (bip156), P2P UTXO Set Sharing (bip452). Assume utxo sharing is the most recently active, but inactive since early June, nothing has happened on either PR or on the mailing list.
