I've embedded the src build of boost::program_options, replaced boost::url (simple parser is all we used of that huge library), and changed boost::json, boost::container, and boost::test to header only. boost::asio and others were already header only. This may increase the build time a bit, but completely eliminates any dependency on built libraries apart from the operating system (and in the case of Linux, glibc on the operating system). This reduces our supply chain risk even further, as these headers are our only dependencies. But it also should eliminate our number one user support issue, linkage against the wrong variants of pre-built boost libs. github.com/libbitcoin/libbitcoin-system/pull/2077
