P2P wtxidrelay and mempool messages are implemented, over a new wtxid index over the tx pool. So the tx pool is natively indexed by tx_link and there is another table that provides only a secondary index for the tx pool, by witness hash (wtxid). The rows are synchronized so there is not even a pointer from one to the other. This completes our full support for the non-deprecated set of P2P messages/protocols. Also the tx pool is now compacted upon store prune, which currently happens once upon process restart after the node becomes current. Compaction removes all spends of prevouts where there is a confirmed spend of the prevout, and all ancestors of such spenders that did not confirm (unconfirmable conflicts). However we do not currently accept unconfirmed txs where the tx spends an output that is already spent by another (e.g. no RBF, that's v5).
