I've been running the initial test concurrently with electrum address indexing. Since Electrum affects only block write it directly impacts sync time via concurrent block write. Since neutrino extends validation it is currently running sequentially and will extend validation/confirmation time but won't affect block sync much at all. It appear that sync will complete at around two hours, so an extra 15 minutes over Electrum, which is an extra 15 minutes over basic sync.
