Also added the ability to snapshot the store from the command line, vs. only when the process is running. eg:

$ bn -c f:\bn.cfg -b
Using config file: "f:\bn.cfg"
Database is started.
Backup is started.
backup::flush_body(header_body)
backup::flush_body(input_body)
backup::flush_body(output_body)
backup::flush_body(point_body)
...
