Subtracting out the three spikes we get a confirmation time that's around 1:46, which is close to optimal (this included the full Electrum address index). There is another noticeable deviation highlighted in blue. This is an increase in confirmation time only, and is a consequence of large c++ compilations consuming nearly 100% CPU time during that period. However that has no material impact on the overall time.
