This is the 50k step run but with snapshots every 100k confirmed blocks by height. This isn't a very rational target for snapshot automation given that the first three take longer than the synch they are backing up. But it's a good measure of overall cost. The run took 1:58 vs. 1:42 without the snaps. So 16 minutes for 8 snaps, average 2 minutes each. The image shows a red line under every other step, which is a best guess at estimating where the snap cost shows up.
