So in addition to managing the download window, we need to manage the validation buffer. Presently it takes everything that has been downloaded, in order (no gaps). And then validation ensues across txs (not blocks) in that entire space by posting each tx to the asio queue and letting asio sort it out. Completion handlers are provided per block, using a shared pointed that each tx of a block closes over. So the last tx for a block to complete invokes the block validation handler. I'm still not validating the block portion, but that's tiny and the handler is in place.
