One thing that was astonishing was the complete lack of disk activity beyond what we see for download, given that we're reading all blocks off the disk and populating their prevouts. Also memory is no higher than a download only run - even with a huge about of work buffering and number tx object help on the heap. It's far more than we will need to keep even a 128 core box from CPU starvation.
