I dropped my RAM down from 512GiB (I forgot it wasn't 256GiB), to 32GiB and performed another identical run from block 0-300k, and there was no change to the outcome - 11 minutes. I then dropped my CPU count down to 10 dual (@2.1GHz), which is as close as I can get to Lopp's 6 dual (@3.2GHz). Also my RAM is 2400MHz and his is 2666MHz, so I'll just pretend these are offsetting. But it's close given that we saturate the cores so it's cumulative speed that matters. This same run again took 27 minutes.
