Consider that each entry in the output above required 30.8 microseconds to generate (not including the format/log). That's 18 table queries per entry (to_spenders is internally complex), or about 1.7 microseconds per query. And several of these queries are hash table searches along deconfliction lists. Unspent entries are a little faster and spent entries require the full query set.
