I've finished the work in the node (validator and confirmer) to incorporate the new prevouts table (and the split neutrino table). Also all changes complete to system::chain types in system repo, to compute locktime violations for block-internal spends, and to provide proper metadata names (using unions on existing metadata) for the database to place metadata derived from populate (during validation) and to read it during creation on the prevouts table. So basically it's all done except for updating the database tables and queries. The queries are all stubbed in and called by the node.
