Test are complete and moving on to the creation of the new table/header instance via config and the store.

The new table/header instance is now incorporated into the store, store tests and node config. Also expanded test coverage for the new database primitives. The node now manages the table as with all others (create, start, stop, backup, restore, etc). So now just to write it from validate and read it from confirm, and incorporate the read into calling abbreviated confirmation queries.
