I've completed the default sizing for the new prevout table. At 850k blocks there are 775,526,871 elements in the table. Each element represents a unique block-associated spend (block.tx.input). This includes only spends that are validated, so excludes coinbases, 295k checkpointed blocks, and about 9% block-internal spends (which are statically checked). The total prevout table is 2.9GiB with a 3.2MiB header. The more accurate sizing can now be fed back into default config.
