Overall the maxi box run with the prevout table used for confirmation query optimization was 5.8% faster than the last run without it. This means that the query improvement outweighs the cost of the additional table. Keep in mind this table is intended to reduce paging and help eliminate thrashing on the mini targets - any improvement on the max is a bonus.
