So right now all we are missing in terms of being able to test GPU batching against 98% of all signatures on the chain (with a fully configurable target batch window), is a machine to test it on. The horizontal->vertical table work is just an optimization for that scenario.

I've got a modern GPU machine (linux) that I can use to test on. Just need the config to run. Its on 1GBPS hetzner. I also reached out to support to see if I could get a 10GBPS link, which I think would be interesting to test the theory of how offloading to a GPU frees up CPU

heh, considering im building the full stack to test the updated silent payments PR on gpu, im sure ill figure out really quickly where its at
