So right now all we are missing in terms of being able to test GPU batching against 98% of all signatures on the chain (with a fully configurable target batch window), is a machine to test it on. The horizontal->vertical table work is just an optimization for that scenario.

I'm not sure where we are with the linux build integration, but otherwise it's ready to go.
